Frequently Asked Questions

For all your questions about Live-in Care and what it offers!

How do you choose my live-in carer?

We’re proud to say that all of our staff have been selected to work for us on the basis of their experience, skill and compassion, therefore we would trust any one of them to look after your needs and do our organisation justice.

How experienced are your staff?

All our live-in carers and nurses have not only passed an intensive and rigorous recruitment process but they have also proven their skills and understanding through a four-day assessment monitored by experienced support staff and have had to pass our own internal training before we take them on. All our nurses are also members of the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

How flexible is your service?

The personalisation of our live-in care service does not stop once we have developed your support plan. We see it as our responsibility to always offer you the best care and if your circumstances should change so too will our support.

How much will live-in care cost?

We do not have a standard fee structure because we tailor our service to your specific requirements; however, once we have a complete understanding of your needs we will provide you with a full breakdown of our rates with no hidden extras

What happens if we don’t get along?

We always do our utmost to make sure that the live-in care assistant assigned to you will be everything you wish them to be; however, it is completely natural to worry that you may not get along as well as you could. If such a situation should arise we will of course find someone else for you immediately as your comfort is our priority

What is live-in care?

Live-in care is when one of our staff moves into your home in order to provide you with the support you need. The support they provide will be completely tailored to your specific needs and wishes, and can be adapted over time to your changing circumstances.
